Cancellation Policy
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all extension appointments.
If you notify us 42 hours in advance that you cannot attend your appointment, the deposit may be transferred one time only to a new date.
If the appointment is cancelled and no new date is provided, the deposit will be forfeited, even if the cancellation is made 42 hours prior. The 42-hour notice only allows you to reschedule once, not to cancel without losing the deposit.
If a client fails to notify, does not confirm, or simply does not show up to the appointment — or notifies 24 hours prior or less — this will be considered a no-show.
No-shows will be added to our Booking Ban List for not respecting our time and schedule
